BASEBALL AMERICA RANKS #REDS DRAFT BEST
The Reds today received high praise for their selections in the 2016 draft. Baseball America this afternoon released their final rankings and review of the 2016 MLB First-Year Player Draft. The Reds were ranked first of 30 teams as having the best draft.
Cincinnati’s first round pick Nick Senzel was named “Best Pure Hitter,” “Best Pro Debut” and ranked second among college selections as “Closest to the Majors.”
Eighteen-year old Taylor Trammell, who the Reds selected 35th overall also finished among the publication’s superlatives.
