RHP Jon Moscot (AAA-Louisville) continues to dominate the International League.  Yesterday vs. Norfolk, the 6’4″ righthander allowed an unearned run on 3 hits over 6.0 innings to improve his record to a perfect 6-0.  In 7 starts overall this season for the Bats, Moscot has allowed just 10 earned runs over 21.0 innings pitched (2.06 ERA, 29k, .226 opponents batting average).

I think I was around 5 years old when I went to my first Reds game at Riverfront. I don’t remember who the Reds were playing, who won, or any other details of the actual game. But I do remember walking into the first stadium I’d ever been in, and being mesmerized by the big bright green field and all the players that were on it. I was already playing t-ball at the time, but that experience solidified baseball as my first love. There’s nothing quite like going to your first big league ballgame!
