From my pal @Bongreatness

Tonight is the annual Rosie Reds “Guest of the Reds” Night.  The Rosies recently celebrated their 50th anniversary as an organization and tonight they will participate in a pregame parade and ceremonial first pitch.

We will also recognize and salute representatives of the four charitable organizations who were beneficiaries in the inaugural “Schu’s Crew Fantasy Football Challenge”, which is taking place at the ballpark today.  The event brings together fans with many of the Reds players in a fantasy football league which raises valuable funds for charity.  Skip Schumaker brought the concept to Cincinnati this year, after its launch by Cardinals pitcher Adam Wainwright in St. Louis last season.  The charitable organizations that today’s event benefitted include Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, the Jessie Rees Foundation, the Reds Community Fund and Big League Impact.
