SUNDAY NIGHT’S #REDS LINEUP: WHO’S YOUR ‘RED-TO-ROCK?’

5-25

From my pal @Bongreatness

Tonight’s game is scheduled to begin at 8:07PM as part of ESPN’s presentation of Sunday Night Baseball. As part of today’s presentation, ESPN’s Baseball Tonight will broadcast LIVE from their set on Crosley Terrace from 7-8PM. National Baseball Hall of Famer and Cincinnati Reds legend Barry Larkin will be joined by host Karl Ravech and special guest, and Reds uber-fan, Charlie Sheen during that broadcast.

The first 8,000 kids 14 and younger in attendance tonight will receive a Reds baseball card set, courtesy of Kahn’s. Gates to the ballpark are scheduled to open at 6:07PM for Season Ticket Holders and 6:37 for the general public. However, those gate opening times could be adjusted in accordance with Cincinnati Fire Code should the crowd size outside the gates dictate it so.

During pregame ceremonies tonight we will recognize the Reds Way employee of the month for May, Access Coordinator Bebe Martinez. Bebe is in her third season as a member of our gameday staff.

Prior to the singing of our National Anthem tonight, we will join in Major League Baseball’s participation in the National Moment of Remembrance campaign and salute those who have lost their lives while serving in our Nation’s Armed Forces with a Moment of Silence.

During the middle of the 7th inning break tonight we will welcome The Mistics to lead us in the singing of God Bless America.

Tonight is the first of two Scout Night’s at Great American Ball Park this season and as part of tonight’s event, over 100 members of our Boy Scouts will stick around after tonight’s game to campout in the outfield of Great American Ball Park.
