Amongst the 5 Bombers taking part in tonight’s competition are Delaware, OH native Kevin Filby and Cincinnati, OH native Brian Wegman.
During pregame ceremonies tonight we will welcome the Suzuki Co-Op of Cincinnati Public Schools for their annual pregame concert. The Suzuki Co-Op (also known as the Suzuki Strings) is a group of CPS elementary school students who are learning Suzuki strings, music theory and orchestra. The Suzuki Co-Op will perform tonight’s National Anthem in addition to their short concert in the rightfield grass.
State Senator Eric H. Kearney (OH) will offer up one of our ceremonial first pitches tonight. State Senator Kearney recently completed a 266-mile walk across Ohio to being awareness to childhood and teen asthma.
