- Loyal BOR reader Ryan Poirier was recently up north visiting Mackinac Island with his son, Carson.  Ryan sent in a photo.  Nice shirt!

- The bidding has ended and Wally B. has landed the champagne-soaked “Funkblast” shirt that I wore in the clubhouse the night the Reds clinched the National League Central.  Wally’s $130 winning bid goes to the Reds Community Fund.

- Tickets for Redsfest 2012 go on sale November 12!

- I’m a big fan of this piece by Matt Snyder.
