HERE WE COME SAN FRANCISCO! WEDNESDAY’S #REDS GAMENOTES
The Washington Nationals this afternoon defeated the Philadelphia Phillies, 5-1. That means the Nationals have clinched the #1 seed and will have home field advantage in the National League Championship Series (should they advance past the Division Series). The Reds are the #2 seed and will open the NLDS on Saturday against the Giants in San Francisco (game two on Sunday). Game times have yet to be announced. The Reds and Giants will play in Cincinnati on Tuesday, Wednesday* and Thursday* (*if necessary).
