Jay Bruce hit a three-run homer Tuesday off left-hander Josh Edgin in the bottom of the ninth inning in the Reds’ win over the Mets. It was the fourth walkoff home of Bruce’s career; three of them have come off lefties (Tim Byrdak in 2010 and James Russell in 2011 were the others). Bruce has hit 30 homers against left-handed pitchers since 2010, the most by any left-handed batter.
