The Cincinnati Reds beat the Milwaukee Brewers, 6-2  Saturday night in front of a sold out crowd at Great American Ball Park. 

Bronson Arroyo started for the Reds and allowed 2 runs on 5 hits in 6.0 innings (2bb, 6k).  Jose Arredondo, Sean Marshall, Sam LeCure and Logan Ondrusek combined for 3.0 scoreless innings of relief.

The Reds dented the dish 6 times on 10 hits.  Ryan Ludwick (2-for-4, 2rbi, #15) and Brandon Phillips (2-for-4, 2r, 2rbi, #12) both homered.   Jay Bruce (2-for-4, double, 1r, 1rbi), Todd Frazier (2-for-4), Zack Cozart (1-for-3, 2r) and Scott Rolen (1-for-3, triple, rbi) also contributed to the Reds offensive attack.

The Reds are a season-high 14 games over .500 and have won 10 of their last 12 games. 

Sunday marks the conclusion of the Reds 10-game homestand as they take on the Brewers in the 3-game series finale.  Johnny Cueto will oppose Mike Fiers.  First pitch is scheduled for 1:10pm Et.  Plenty of tickets are still available, so come on down to GABP and catch the red-hot Reds before they head out on 6-game/7-day road trip.
