#REDS PLAYERS VISIT MIRACLE LEAGUE FIELD
From my colleague Michael “Mando” Anderson…
Zack Cozart, Devin Mesoraco, Homer Bailey and Todd Redmond visited the Miracle League Field on Wednesday at the Dunham Recreation Complex in West Price Hill.
The players participated in a “Baseball Fantasy Camp for Kids” benefiting the Miracle League of Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.
The Miracle League field at the Dunham Recreation Complex was dedicated in May 2009. Former Reds pitcher Aaron Harang donated over $60,000 towards its completion.
The synthetic turf field provides children with disabilities a safe and permanent home for the Miracle League of Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky operated by the Cincinnati Recreation Commission.
