WEDNESDAY’S #REDS GAMENOTES AND FARM REPORT
The first 25,000 fans in attendance at tonight’s game will receive a Jay Bruce bobblehead, courtesy of Chiquita.
During pregame ceremonies tonight the Reds will welcome members of the Cincinnati Bengals to Great American Ball Park. The Reds & Bengals are entering into a marketing partnership for upcoming Reds regular season games being held in August that coincide with the Bengals training camp & preseason games being held at Paul Brown Stadium. Bengals linebacker Rey Maualuga will be offering up a ceremonial first pitch tonight, which will be caught by Reds right fielder Jay Bruce. Other members of the Bengals joining us tonight are expected to be Geno Atkins, Taylor Mays & Bernard Scott (subject to change, more players may join). Reds players involved in tonight’s activities also include Aroldis Chapman and Brandon Phillips.
