TUESDAY’S #REDS PREGAME PHOTOS
This afternoon, Reds President of Baseball Operations and General Manager Walt Jocketty appeared on MLB Network’s program “The Rundown.” The above photo shows Walt standing in front of a camera that is actually controlled by the folks in the network’s New Jersey headquarters. The camera can raise/lower and focus/zoom – all by an operator many miles away. Pretty cool, huh? MLB Network has one of these “ballpark cams” in each of the 30 major league ballparks.
Thom Brennaman stopped by Better Off Red Headquarters today to show off his red pants. For years Thom wore a pair of garish green trousers for which I gave him a lot of grief. Here’s hoping he didn’t pay for these red ones.
