FRIDAY’S #REDS GAMENOTES
Tonight is the fifth Fireworks Friday of the 2012 season. The postgame fireworks show will begin approximately 15 minutes after the conclusion of tonight’s game and feature the “Brandon Phillips Fireworks Jam” soundtrack. The approximately 15 minute show will feature Rozzi’s Famous Fireworks and is being sponsored by PNC Bank.
During pregame ceremonies tonight the Reds will salute the four team representatives that went to the 2012 Major League Baseball All-Star Game. Head Athletic Trainer Paul Lessard (first ASG), pitcher Aroldis Chapman (first ASG), right fielder Jay Bruce (second ASG) and first baseman Joey Votto (third ASG) will receive congratulatory 2012 All-Star Game Plaques from Reds General Manager Walt Jocketty and Chief Executive Officer Bob Castellini.
