• 9-11 Tribute: Major League Baseball’s 9-11 tribute video set to God Bless America as sung by country music star Martina McBride will be played during pregame ceremonies.
• #HatsOffCin: During pregame ceremonies, the Reds Community Fund will receive a $50,000 check from Head & Shoulders, the official shampoo of Major League Baseball, for winning the inaugural #HatsOff social media contest on Twitter. Reds fans tweeted #HatsOffCin more than 130,000 times from June 30 through August 31 to help the Cincinnati chapter of the Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities (RBI) win a $50,000 donation from Head & Shoulders.
• Here’s to our Heroes: Marine Master Gunnery Sergeant Christopher Wesseler from Harrison, Ohio will be honored during pregame ceremonies as part of Budweiser’s Here’s to our Heroes military salute program.

Tuesday, September 13, 2011 – Cincinnati Reds vs. Chicago Cubs, 7:10pm
• Here’s to our Heroes: Army Staff Sergeant Joseph Armstrong from Fairfield, Ohio will be honored during pregame ceremonies as part of Budweiser’s Here’s to our Heroes military salute program.

Wednesday, September 14, 2011 – Cincinnati Reds vs. Chicago Cubs, 7:10pm
• Bark in the Park: Over 500 owners and their dogs will be at the ballpark for the second sold-out Bark in the Park for 2011. A special seating area is reserved for dog owners and their pets, while the Fan Zone will turn into the “Dog Zone” with product samples and activities for both dogs and owners.
• Roberto Clemente Day: A pregame ceremony will highlight the 10th Annual Roberto Clemente Day, which was established to honor Clemente’s legacy and to officially recognize local Club nominees for the Roberto Clemente Award presented by Chevrolet.  MLB will issue a press release announcing all 30 Club nominees on Tuesday, Sept. 13.

Thursday, September 15, 2011 – Cincinnati Reds vs. Chicago Cubs, 7:10pm
• Hispanic Heritage Night: Join the Reds as we kick off Hispanic Heritage Month and celebrate the contributions of Hispanic and Latino players to the game of baseball. Many events are planned for tonight including live bands with salsa dancing, authentic food, pregame dancers on the field and more.
• Press Conference: A Hispanic player press conference is scheduled for 3pm in the Field Level Media Interview Room.
• Amigos de Los Rojos: Miguel Cairo, Aroldis Chapman, Francisco Cordero, Johnny Cueto, Ramon Hernandez, Edgar Renteria and Edinson Volquez will be recognized for their contributions to the Amigos de Los Rojos (Friends of the Reds) ticketing program.
• Cordero Ceremony: Francisco Cordero will be honored on the field for being the all-time saves leader among pitchers from the Dominican Republic.
• Heart & Hustle Award: Miguel Cairo will be recognized for being a finalist for the Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association’s Heart and Hustle Award. One player from each Major League team is chosen based on the passion, desire, and work ethic demonstrated both on and off the field.
• Spanish PA: Fernando Aguirre (Chiquita president and CEO) will be reading public address scripts in Spanish.
• Leo at the Reds Museum: Meet and receive an autograph from Reds Hall of Fame shortstop Leo Cardenas from 5:30 to 7pm at the Reds HOF & Museum. The autograph signing is free with regular Museum admission. Limit one autograph per person.
• Tri-State Centers for Sight Senior Citizen Specials: Fans 60 and older may purchase select non-premium tickets at half-price in advance of game day only. Each ticket includes admission on the day of the game to the Reds Hall of Fame & Museum, courtesy of Humana. Excludes Outer View Level and Kroger Bleachers. 

Marty Brennaman Golf Classic: The seventh annual CBTS Marty Brennaman Golf Classic, benefiting the Reds Community Fund, takes place Sunday and Monday, Sept. 18-19 at Belterra Casino Resort & Spa. Hosted by Hall of Fame broadcaster Marty Brennaman, the two-day event includes golf scramble, Sunday night Jeff Ruby dinner and a concert. More info:
