BASEBALL FANTASY CAMP FOR KIDS
From my colleague Michael Anderson…
Earlier today the Reds and Reds Community Fund took part in the inaugural “Baseball Fantasy Camp for Kids,” a program that now takes place in six Major League cities.
Today’s camp featured Reds outfielders Chris Heisey and Fred Lewis, as well as reliever Nick Masset and rookie infielder, Todd Frazier.
The program took place at the “Miracle League Field” in Western Hills and provided a baseball clinic and lunch for more than 50 Miracle League athletes and families.
A check was also presented to the Reds Community Fund in the amount of ten-thousand dollars to assist the Community Fund in its efforts to support Miracle League projects for children with disabilities.
