I’m really interested to see how the switch with Bruce and Rolen in the 4th and 5th spots works out – I think it should help Votto get some better pitches to hit!
Yeah, I was hoping that Dusty would make that switch. It puts two lefties together, but that’s usually felt in the latter innings when a left handed specialist is called in. Otherwise, Votto (and maybe BP) will finally get some good pitches- amazing what a hot hitter like Bruce will do for the dynamics here- exciting!
