From today’s Reds Gamenotes….

Opening Night
From 5:45 to 6:15 p.m. Reds players will “walk the Red carpet” around the main stage in the Fan Zone, meeting fans and signing autographs…Chiquita is providing fl eece blankets to the fi rst 20,000 fans in attendance…the GABP grounds crew and FOX Sports Ohio broadcast team will wear tuxedos, courtesy of Folchi’s Formal Wear…2010 Rawlings Gold Glove Award winners 3B Scott Rolen, 2B Brandon Phillips and RHP Bronson Arroyo will be honored in pre-game ceremonies…both teams will be introduced on the baselines…Richie Terbush of The Rusty Griswolds will play on guitar the National Anthem…NFL Hall of Famer Anthony Munoz will throw out the ceremonial first pitch…the Budweiser Clydesdales will deliver tonight’s offi cial game ball…tonight’s spectcular postgame fireworks show, featuring Rozzi’s Famous Fireworks, which will begin approximately 15 minutes after the game ends and will last approximately 15 minutes.

DOT, DOT, DOT: The Opening Day victory was Dusty Baker’s 1,406th win as a manager, tying him with Jimmy Dykes for 24th on the all-time list…Hall of Famer Al Lopez is 23rd at 1,410…yesterday’s 6 combined homers tied the Reds’ Opening Day record (2005, 2010)…Reds historian Greg Rhodes points out the 31 HR hit in the 9 Opening Day games at GABP, including at least 1 every year…OF Jay Bruce will celebrate his 24th birthday tomorrow…3B Scott Rolen turns 36 on Monday.
