PHOTOS FROM SATURDAY'S TRIP TO LOUISVILLE

Since I had some time off from baseball over the weekend, guess what I did?  I went to a baseball game!  When it’s in your blood, you can’t get enough. 

I went to the Louisville Bats game at Slugger Field on Saturday.  Unfortunately, our beloved Bats fell to Dan Hoard’s dreaded Pawtucket Red Sox in 13 innings (I stayed through 11).  It was pretty nice to enjoy a game as a fan and not have any work-related duties.

Between-innings entertainment.  This talented lady came out to perform several times.  Each time, her act was performed to the same verse to the same Ricky Martin song (“Livin’ La Vida Loca”).  I thought it would be more fitting to perform to Beyonce’s “Put a Ring on It.”

I’m not exaggerating when I say this gentleman read the newspaper for 4 innings.

 




A big “Thank You” to my friends Jon Adkins and Tomas Vera.  It was great to catch up with you guys!  We’ll have to do it again.
